Talent factory – the idea behind it

The Bärenstarke Talent factory is a socio-cultural initiative that aims to connect people in the Roter Berg residential area via the media of music, dance and social media, promote talents and enable and inspire exchange with other socio-cultural actors and cultural professionals in the greater Erfurt area.

To implement the project idea, we want to rely on four building blocks:

Internet portal: Our portal communicates our project idea, promotes the festival and mobilizes participants

Red Mountain Festival: combines cabaret and live music with a talent competition to create an entertaining family celebration. Interested talents get the chance to apply on our stage under professional conditions. This is the opportunity to discover talents, to support them and to give them a stage in real life.

Roter Berg CD The editorial responsibility lies with our supervised band project as well as our musical cooperation partners. Last year the CD “Der Rote Berg rockt Vol.1” was produced. Vol.2 will follow this year.

Project band: For our previous project in 2020 “Der rote Berg rockt” participants have already been won as singers and dancers. We want to use the experience and skills gained in the previous project and establish a permanent up-and-coming band on the red mountain. This should give our talent factory a face and be available at planned events with cultural contributions.
